Elevating lights
This winch elevates four lights simultaneously.
To do this, the drum is divided into four so four wire ropes can be pulled.
Furthermore, the drum has a special groove for aligned winding and to prevent noise.
It also has a rotation-type limit switch built-in to enable the lights to be set to stop at the same position at all times.
An extra brake has been added as dual brakes for safety.
Additionally, detectors that detect a decrease in wire rope tension have been equipped to each wire rope as another safety device, so that the winch automatically stops if the wire rope tension decreases.

Rope Speed | 5.7 m/min |
Elevating conveyer
Two of the same winches are built-in to the device to transport conveyers.
The conveyer is suspended on the block between the two poles and the winches elevate the block.
Four sheaves are equipped to this block and the four wire ropes are hooked on the two winches.
Although the rope speed drops to 1/4 with four wire ropes hooked, the winch can lift four times the load.
Additionally, the conveyer stops at the same position at all times as a rotation limit is built-in to the winch.

For lifting boats
This winch is used to raise boats.
Although it uses a motor with an electric magnet, a mechanical break is also built-in.
Therefore, there is no concern even if the electric magnet break fails.
The attached handle also enables manual operation in case the motor fails.
Furthermore, the maximum and minimum limits are set by the rotation-type limit switch, so boats stop at the same position at all times.

Winch for derrick cranes
MA-20 is used for the main hoist of a derrick crane and MA-10 to derrick.
Both winches have additional adjacent switches to read the motor revolutions and are operated by the control board built-in to the inverter (manufactured by another company).

Winch to elevate bridges
A winch used to elevate bridges.
The winch is equipped with a rotation-type limit switch and the hook block stops at the set maximum and minimum limits.
An overspeed detector is also equipped to stop the winch if the rope speed exceeds the set value.
The standard weight of the entire machine including the hook block is 17,000 kg (17 tons).

Explosion-proof pneumatic hoist
This pneumatic hoist was adopted for a monorail-type crane (telpher).
With excellent explosion-proof functionality, the pneumatic hoist is used to inspect the submerged pumps that are used for LNG tanks and lifting peripheral devices.

Winch with emergency drum brakes
These winches are equipped not only with electromagnetic brakes but also emergency drum brakes. They are wirelessly operated, capable of operation from a distance of 100m. Four rotating limit switch and a rotary encoder make it possible to indicate the position of the hook.
