Communication is Essential for On-site Support

As maintenance personnel usually work at customer sites, we must be careful of the equipment on-site and to not damage anything. Hence, communication with the customer is key, so we listen to any customer requests, and clearly explain what the work we'll be doing entails and any precautions.

I also sometimes go overseas for work and mutual understanding can be difficult. Although we have English classes at work, I find it difficult to improve. Occasionally, the worker I am dealing with on-site cannot speak English, so communication is a matter of trial and error. In the end, we communicate through technology.

Of course safety is our number one priority. We carry out our work by following the predetermined procedures and rules, and we take the utmost care. As many of our customers use our products to convey heavy objects and in other dangerous work, the entire Production Department strives to eradicate mistakes to ensure that our customers can use our products safely and with peace of mind. It is important to not only respond to reports of defects from customers, but to also examine the entire product and find any risks.
