Although we knew Toyo Koken manufactured the Baby Hoist, in the course of our search of winches and hoists made by various manufacturers to be used to lift and unload scaffolding we also looked into Toyo Koken products.

Your high domestic market share gave us peace of mind. Moreover, when we called you for the first time, you listened to all of our questions, no matter how small, and gave detailed responses. You let us use an actual product and in the end we were convinced by the quality, durability, and price of the product.
What were the issues before you purchased the product?
When using a winch at a work site, we receive noise complaints from the surrounding residents. Hence, we were looking for a product that was both fast and quiet.
What was the result of purchasing the product?
Work speed increased and the machine noise also decreased. Furthermore, as we requested a product with a wireless remote control, operability and usability have greatly improved.
